• A refugee background or new to the Netherlands, with the right to work. English language proficiency at level B2.
• A basic/good understanding of the Dutch language is a plus.
• Experience with or strong affinity with IT. 
• Completed education at HBO level (equivalent to a bachelor's degree) Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude and eager to learn.
• Flexibility to travel between training locations in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, as our partner offices are situated here.
